Logging In

The first time you launch the Logistik Courier Driver App, you will need to log into the app using the credentials your employer provides you. If you don't have your login credentials, please contact your dispatch office.

  • Fill out the “Company URL” field
  • Enter your username (This defaults to your email, however your employer may choose to use a different username for you)
  • Enter your password
  • (Optional) Check the box to remember me. By default, this will be selected. If you tell Logistik to remember you, you will remain logged in for 30 days
  • Tap on “Login” to finish logging in

Upon logging in for the first time, you'll be presented with the “Current Orders” screen. At the top left of your screen is the “Navigate” button. By tapping on this button, a side-bar will pull out with various navigation options, including:

The Current Orders screen will display a list of any orders that are currently dispatched to you. You can select any of these orders by tapping on them, which will bring up the order details.

Recent Orders

The Recent Orders screen will display a list of orders that you have recently completed. The number of orders may vary based on your company

View Account in Browser

By tapping on the “View in Browser” link, the app will attempt to load your account page in your default web browser. This can be useful if you need to change your password.

Tapping “Logout” will bring you back to the login page for the driver app. This primarily would be used if you are driving for multiple companies that use the Logistik Courier dispatching software. If you tap “logout”, you'll be required to enter your login credentials again in order to use the app.

Tapping “Quit” will shut down the Logistik Courier Driver app, preventing the app from sending your location as well as sending you notifications.
